THE OAK TREE...
A MIGHTY WIND BLEW NIGHT AND DAY. IT STOLE THE OAK TREE'S LEAVES AWAY,THEN SNAPPED ITS BOUGHS AND PULLED ITS BARK UNTIL THE OAK TREE WAS TIRED AND STARK.BUT STILL THE OAK TREE HELD ITS GROUND WHILE OTHER TREES FELL ALL AROUND...THE WEARY WIND GAVE UP AND SPOKE, HOW CAN YOU STILL BE STANDING , OAK? THE OAK TREE SAID I KNOW THAT YOU CAN BREAK EACH BRANCH OF MINE IN TWO, CARRY EVERY LEAF AWAY, SHAKE MY LIMBS, AND MAKE ME SWAY. BUT I HAVE ROOTS STRETCHED IN THE EARTH , GROWING STRONGER SINCE MY BIRTH. YOU'LL NEVER TOUCH THEM FOR YOU SEE, THERE THE DEEPEST PART OF ME. UNTIL TODAY, I WASN'T SURE OF JUST HOW MUCH I COULD ENDURE. BUT NOW I'VE FOUND BECAUSE OF YOU, IM STRONGER THAN I EVER KNEW." </STRONG>

~ Soul Mates Forever ~

In a wolf pack they ran together,
BlessedB by The Great Spirit,
Theirr souls locked and mated forever.
Loyal hearts that none could sever.

None bothered and no trouble to see
As they ran wild on the wind free...
Soul mates together for many a year,
Theirir loyal hearts knew no fear.

How could their brave spirits know
One day an enemy would show...
Without heart or even much skill
And her soul mate, man would kill.

It was by the bright of day
As their brave hearts tried to run away...
Running fast, but their bodies tired
Her mate was killed with one shot fired.

With only her around
His lifeless body lay on the ground...
Only his soft fur moved as the lonely wind blew
By heart and instinct she knew...

But she could not linger nor stay
For her own life, she must run away!
So with a pause and one look back
She ran on the wind and rejoined the pack.

Now she stands alone each night
And howls up to the moon's misty light...
The soulful sound of her cries
Lingers on the wind, then dies.

Pain cuts through her soul like a knife
For the mate she had taken for life.
Her spirit is broken... ButBshe'll survive...
The Great Spirit will keep her alive.

She still runs with the pack
But forever and always looks back
For a second she pauses ... And waits
Always searching for her lost soul mate.

Blessed Be in love'n'light
the morning dew cools my face
&
a blade of grass between my toes
THANK YOU FOR A BRAND NEW DAY

the midday sun shines brightly o'er the land

the earth's water quenches my thirst

Everyone Needs Someone ~

People need people and friends need friends
And we all need love for a full life depends
Not on vast riches or great acclaim,
Not on success or on worldly fame,
But just in knowing that someone cares
And holds us close in their thoughts and prayers-
For only the knowledge that we're understood
Makes everyday living feel wonderfully good,
And we rob ourselves of life's greatest need
When we "lock up our hearts" and fail to heed
The outstretched hand reaching to find
A kindred spirit whose heart and mind
Are lonely and longing to somehow share
Our joys and sorrows and to make us aware
That life's completeness and richness depends
On the things we share with our loved ones and friends.

THE CEMETERY

A place where time has no measure
A place to be unseen for all time
A place to romp & play in the light
A place you come & cry because we're not in your sight

In reckless abandon
We walk this place
Longing for human touch

We can still think
We cn still feel
The loneliness that we once called love
Oh, how we long for it

Even though we are sad
We want you to be happy
Live long & prosper

Until one day
When we meet here
And walk hand in hand
Through eternity together

Listen to the wind
It speaks volumes
A gentle breeze on a warm summers night
Touches my cheek and says:"Is that better"?

Rushing through the trees
Saying: "Hurry up and take cover"

"DARKNESS CALLS'

Darkness calls I hear its cry

The sweetness of its embrace

Emptiness no mass no form

No illusions left to shed

Its touch is cold and lifeless

Within is peace and the grave

Sorrowful and bereft am I

hear the call of nights lure
calling me to feed
ask me not where i travel
the scent of life pulls me so

lurking in the shadows
watching lifes pulse
hunger calls its teeth gnaw
my need outweighs my will

your scent so intoxicating
heart beating so fast now
i cant hold back my hunger
your flesh so warm and soft

you scream and i embrace you
you struggle to the last
my thirst abated for now
i take you into the light and whisper

you do not die this night
i dont want your life
i thirst is all and life i drink

True Evil

In this world true evil lives. Each of us carries the seeds of that evil and we serve it without question or hesitation for some. This cold and calculating evil persists in our very skin and into the core of our beings it pushes us and pulls us and dictates actions we know to be wrong on every level and though we know this we do it anyhow that is true evil and it is strong in its resolve and patient to a fault. This evil lives in all of us every where you can not escape its grasp, you can not defeat its plan or its intents, you can not win against its forces but you can decide when and where to battle this evil on your terms and in doing so free yourself of its death hold over your life. For within each of us is also true good and it is stronger but harder and the achievement of its goals take longer to effect but the rewards outstrip any evil could bring to the table on any day. This war rages forever no peace or cease fire can ever be affected. Hence the balance is kept and neither side holds more power then the other. We are the prize and the combatants. If ever mankind figures out that we control our own fates and our control of said fate reverberates thru all creation and thus we change the fabric of the universe by our very will. And within us the duality of good and evil embody the many faiths of man. Many question creation or evolution what a narrow view of some thing so large why must it be one or the other any one can see that the likely hood of both is the truth and not a stringent view of this or that. Ignorance is another true evil and it is rampant amongst mankind and should be physically painful to those who are truly stupid this way others will now err they open their mouths and out spews opinions and truths that miss the mark by a wide spread in a word crap and they fill your ears with it whether its wanted or not. Be warned. Be armed. Be vigilant always the effects of evil are everywhere and only those wise enough to see them can profit from them.
